I agree with Kwakelaar, it is indeed a nice mix of lowrises and villas.
It is interesting to see how others develop their cities as it give ideas for my own development.
The choice of diagonal roads is indeed good, it takes away the feeling of "gridiness" which makes it easier to "get away" with the straight streets...
