Great pictures throughout here can't wait for more espcially Potsdammer Platz. I was only in Berlin last week and Alexander platz looks very simaliar to when I visited it last week well done, my photo below shows how well you've done it

• Berliner Bauakademie •


Built between 1831 and 1836 in the German capital. When its completion
was one of the most modern buildings in Europe, noted for its innovative utilization
of the metal structure that allowed him to achieve various levels of height.



The building was damaged by Allied bombing of Berlin during the Second
World War and later totally destroyed by the governments of the (RDA)
"German Democratic Republic in 1962.



The building has been reconstructed today [in real life is planned rebuild]
and is located in its original location, close to the river spree and next to the famous church
Friedrichswerde

~ The architect of this building was Friedrich Schink, built by order of the king of Prussia.



Finally I leave an image of the building before the war, more specifically of the year
1932, as you can see almost everything is different from today. Currently the area is fully
rebuilt and you can see that buildings, bridges, parks, roads, etc ...
n today been renovated and rebuilt.
