Hello everyone, welcome to my humble Mayor Diary.
This Diary will be axed toward some of the regions I've been developing or I have developed in the past.
You'll be able to find my old Communist styled cities, my few American cities and more recently the Japanese region I'm working on.

I am actually working on a Japanese region based off the geographical area of Hiroshima. I Do not intend to do a proper correctly scaled recreation of the real Hiroshima, but some of the buildings used will be perhaps placed as in real life. In fact it is not a re-creation but more a portfolio of a Japanese styled cities, which I'll try to represent in the finest way possible, making each pictures a piece of my artwork.



From the first page until the first update of the page 48 are my Communist styled regions.
From the second update at the page 48 to the page 53 are my American styled cities.
And from the page 53 until the page 91 are the various versions of Hiroshima.
From page 93 to ?.?.? are the updates from Hakodate.

I sincerely apology for the lack of pictures you may be able to find somewhere at my MD, this may be due to image hosting problems. Though, I really hope there isn't any.

Great start!  That mosiac is so gloomy, but I like the detail and the effect.  Can't wait to see more of the city and region.

I have to agree with meinhosen: Great start!

I like the plaza before the railway station. The place of the freight terminal is ok, even though they are mainly a bit outside and further away from a terminal station.

That mosaic is ugly (in a good way)!  Maroanestra was nice and it's sad to see it go away, but this MD is sure to be a great success as well.

Nardo69 - thanks a lot for that critic Bernhard, from THE mater of railways is very well appreciated. You're right, I will put the freight terminal a bit after the main station, maybe in the over bank of the River Volga (see the map)

hello All, this update will be on the bigger ghetto of the city center, this one is principally composed of blocks built during the USSR occupation of the region. You can see that there's nobody in this area, it's because that ghetto is really really dangerous, here the crime rate is over the standards of the city itself. At the top of the mosaic n°1, you can see the Kremlin, that is the old citadel built during the 17th century by the Turk. Today, the citadel is more modern that at the past, and is mainly composed of political office. The Kremlin is also crossed by the tram line 1. At the principal entrance, you can see the Башня с часамиthat is the Clock tower built in 1910, it's the bigger bell-clock tower of the city.
