Help with sidewalk

Hello everyone
I need a litle help
Every sidewalk in my game have a dirt texture. I guess i instaled a mod that gives every sidewalk a rural look but i tried to remove all instaled plugins related and i cannot fix it. Anyone knows how to solve this?

I guess so. The look is similar. But i already tried to take all PEG mod's from plugins but the sidewalks stayd the same.
