How to make a map/region

hey all :D

I'm from Denmark - and I was wondering if there was one that would help create a map of Denmark
- Because I can not find out  ;D

or whether there is one who bother to do a tutorial how to do make a map - I have photoshop CS3 and SC4mapper

Maybe eventually one of our DEM master might get the Denmark data to produce a map and get the request

I can do a map of Denmark (the main peninsula) for you, maybe a 1/15 scale... doesn't matter?
