It seems that a lot of posts that apparantly should have images in are not showing, for example I had a look at some of the Mayor Diaries and Pictures topics and there are no images.

Some images work fine, for example the ones in Zero7's BAT thread seem to be OK but the vast majority of images here don't show.  There's not even a little box with a red x in showing that the pictures did not load.

I assume it must be a problem with my browser but being at work, I'm stuck with IE6.  Is there any way of resolving this?

I noticed that Imageshack has been down for awhile yesterday, so perhaps it has something to do with that. Personally, I can view most (if not all) pictures at the moment.

If there's no box, it's possible that the picture was removed by editing the post on thread. The guy must have thought that it may be taking up space on his photobucket or imageshack account.

Think of it as posting something new keep the thread alive  .

Hmmn yes, it could be a problem with Imageshack actually...I noticed a few pictures I posted here myself and on other forums are not showing come to think about it...that said, if I try and access the Imageshack website itself, I get a 'Websense blocked this site' message.  I will have to try it at home later.
