I've already finished 120 of 121 cities which EPU consists of.


This is my newest city - Lutetia Nova Sinistra:



It is influenced by Paris, but as you see, not an attempt to copy this wonderful city.

Not the region at its whole is pre-planned, but the particular cities are. First I created the capital cities in a symmetrically arranged way, then the corresponding outskirts. It took me some trial and error to get this result in the long run.

The flag of EPU:



E Pluribus Unum is a semi-federal republic. The 120 rays stand for the 120 cities EPU consists of. But it isn't that simple because there are 121. So the red llama symbolizes both, the 121st city - the capital Urbania Magna - and the whole country. Eventually the blue stripes relate to EPU's 12 provinces, which do not cover the whole country.

Administration structuring:

• blue -> provinces
• red, orange -> directly administrated by the central government
  
• yellow -> provide electricity, dispose waste
