JByrns1993's Modified Civil Lots
« on: July 02, 2008, 11:11:58 PM »
First of all, I would like to introduce myself as a new member here.  I have an account at SimTropolis under the name jbyrns1993.  I have had an interest in SimCity ever since SimCity 3000!  I don't know much about making custom buildings, but I know how to make really good transportation networks with the NAM.  This topic will be devoted to my (arguably) over-customized reward lots and Civil Service lots. I will start with this picture of the Mayor's House.  The story behind this is one of my friends saw a R$$$ Victorian Mansion with a huge backyard, and then saw the Mayor's House and said, "What kind of lousy excuse for a backyard did Maxis give the default Mayor's House?"  She said she wanted a bigger lot for the Mayoral House.  I told her that there is a tool that lets you make lots more to your liking.  I made this for her, and she said, "That's more like it!"

Looks nice, the nuclear cellar is a bit weird though.
