OK this mod basically tweaks the new NAM overpasses, i do not know how extensive it is or which networks it covers but it was released today and looks superb.

Using the configuration file
z_NAM_FaceLift_Mod each folder, Plugins folder under the NAM position before using it to store after reading.
If you want each folder under the pavement "zT21_ALL" files in folders you do not want the pavement "T21_Not_Pavement" Please use a file folder.
Leaving the pavement that contains both "zT21_ALL" is enabled.
Also, if you want to remove the guardrail on the overpass "zJapanStyle" under "GardRailProps.dat" Please delete the file.

N signal MOD's plans if you are using, "zJapaneseSignal" If you use a file folder on the overhead traffic lights will be changed to N's signal plan.
MOD signal lights to be displayed and the default is not used, the position of the shifted signal.
In that case, "zJapaneseSignal" NAM folder please remove the signal back to the default.

Japanese moonlinght's elevated railway MOD, Japanese-style canal MOD, MOD train if you are using,
"ZMLModFile" folder under the appropriate file for this MOD MOD MOD please apply and store both the position after being loaded.
The above 30m monorail train decorated for the MOD have been preferred. Therefore, only paved the guardrail on the overpass will not display at all.

psp file is for changing the texture and appearance of the original file.
If it looks like the texture of the present, please make your own textures using the (laughs)
Background layer so the original texture, bmp or jpg to replace please re-save.
Traffic Texture instance value to register the file name, "JapanStyleTextures.dat" should work if you ask after the reading.
Restriction
If the pavement is subjected to use this MOD, please set up so that the flat terrain to establish where the puzzle pieces in advance.

The parts listed below are a no-T21 by itself decoration. (FLUPs like puzzle pieces are part of the boulevard)

OverPass_SS04.jpg (184018 byte) elevated rail or monorail, it seems appropriate at the intersection of Main Street and parts transportation, or they have been based.
SC4 or NAM or a specification, it has been unable to avail current resolution.

But looks do not correspond because it remains rather difficult to use, the T21 once forcibly in the following ways that you can generate a decoration.
The avenue elevated curve parts, parts crossroads, T-junction parts (4 types), will be installed adjacent to the part of the problem with any of the parts on the track and cross overpass.
Then, the trigger part of the T21, the T21 parts adjacent to respond somehow. (Below SS)
OverPass_SS05.jpg (200163 byte) would have been very limited way, if you really want to generate T21 decoration, please try the above method.

"ZJapaneseSignal" If you use the following folders MOD is mandatory.
The two Japanese-style continuous signal by N plans

"ZMLModFile" under the file folder, moonlinght MOD's range is mandatory.
moonlinght of BAT, MOD place by moonlinght

Also, this MOD is the NAM, RHW, HSR has partially modified the following files.

awesome im checking this out now, looks great :) maybe we can get mas-san or someone that speaks english and japanese to translate the readme properly for us :)

edit: it looks FANTASTIC ... as far as i can see it changes all the NAM elevated puzzle pieces and they look great, remember to delete either the "no pavement" or "t21 all pavement" or something like that folders in each of the road, one way, avenue folders... the pavement is RCI dependent (different for comm/res/ind) and changes the base texture on the ground under the highway... The commercial one appears to be your sidewalk texture, residential is grass and indy is a grey colored texture ... Also, it appears that it automatically knows your sidewalk texture and shows them on the avenue overpasses and underneath the overpasses in commercial zones

Toke Station is a train station in the "island" platform.
(And, it is a station in the town where I live. Toke Chiba-city)
