i call these practice Cities , where i toy with different types of buildings and city design.

Note that's only 10 % done , i plan on building more freeways , an Airport , a River, and much more apts!

Berkley City has ~320,000 souls. It's the central core of the Berkley metropolitan area, so it's downtown area towards the bottom is considerably developed.

Trying to make full use of the game engine and default rewards to create a more functional city, so mods are not extensively used except for the purpose of expanding the library of buildings.
