Missing dependancies ever merged into mega packs?

I'm currently downloading some of SG's wonderful buildings, and some of the dependancies are dead, and seem like the kind of thing that would have been megapacked since then. Can anyone confirm or deny this (and ideally link to anything that isn't megapacked)

Examples include in his skate arena:
BSC SG FloraPack Vol 01 (which he says at the time was merged into "BSC BAT Props MEGA Pack SG Vol 01" - is this just his vol 1 prop mega pack, or does the "BAT" prefix mean it's a different pack?)

His Public pool pack requires:
BSC BAT Props BLS Floral Vol 01

Another train station requires:
BSC BAT Props - CSX Flora Vol 01
BSC BAT Props BLS Floral Vol 01

These flora packs seem to be used in several of his other buildings too. All the lone packs seem to be flora ones though.
