How to use the Cleanitol undo.bat function
« on: December 06, 2011, 08:25:31 AM »
I mistakenly dragged into the cleanitol program a result list and it removed every prop, modd, bat, etc in my plugin folder. The only reference to restoring these removed file is from the cleanitol manual on the devotion web site and is says this All I have to do is use the undo.bat in my Docs/SimCity 4/BSC_Cleanitol/20080210_02 folder. Question is how do you use cleanitol to restore all the files removed? I had hundreds so I don't want to manually do this. Is there an automated way Cleanitol restores these?

The undo.bat is a program ... all you have to do is click on it   :)

Its a fairly old method of doing things, but I use bat programs every day at work to do system backups and they will also restore the files if something goes wrong

see here  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.bat  if you want to know more
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?" DEATH thought about it. "CATS," he said eventually, "CATS ARE NICE.
