when I right click in Pim-x to select 'Lot Editor' as indicated in the PIM-X's guide the lot editor option isn't there




see... not there...

That is a prop.  You can only enter LE from lots.

So, I can't add a prop to a lot? How do people make all prop lots then? I need to make these signs into prop lots... I've seen people make all prop lots before...

Every lot has a building.  You can have an invisible building though.  Go to the "other models" branch in PIMX, and drag that to the proper building category.  Create a plopable/growable with that building, and then you have a lot that can be opened in LE.
