NYBT 605 Park Avenue

As you can see I have made the white bricks a little lighter and added a little blue on it, I hope you guys like the change on it. I still have to work on the UVW unwraps on the doors, that's why the textures are wacky. Once I finished most of the work on this model I can do the night lights and then export.

Look, I dled your "NYBT 41 Park Avenue" and I could not notice you made his mod the hardest way you could n that particular case ^^

You have 4 buildings with one lot each, in a total of 4 lots. Now, all of this lots are the same, only change the building. but the building it self it is always the same (only the colour is not). so you could have made a building family for them and have done only one lot for that family. less files you know  and also easier for guys like me who edit pretty much everything that they dl

Beautiful...! I mean, because of you is that I keep building my NYC region... you know... there's always a surprise from you!! And the best thing about your bats is that even though some of them are not recreations they fit perfectly and give a variationto the city's skyline... KEEP IT UP

gn_leugim- Your right, I had some files mixed up, so you can download the update if you want to.

41 Park Avenue Update 1.1

I have updated the 41 Park Avenue lots, I thought I was using what T Wrecks modded but I did not, I end up getting them mixed up. I also added the NYBT Essentials Query to the files, I have to always use the NYBT Essentials for any NYBT Bats, and the reason, Gwail and I took the time to mod it together and it was some of the hardest modding I have done at the time to me. I will not let my work go to waste.

If you download the update all you have to do is make sure you install it like you did before if you use the default path then it will over right it automatically and download the dependencies that goes with it now. You can still use the old lots, but if not just delete them and carry on.

The architecture style for this building is a modernism style completed in 1950. There are four bat models and have different brick colors.You will have white bricks, brown bricks, red bricks and tan bricks. Each model has two wealth types R$$ and R$$$. 41 Park Avenue is a classy place for your Sims to live. Enjoy the upload!!

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

Here's version 4 of the 605 Park Avenue, I have day and night renders, I think I will fix up the bricks a tiny bit, buy I think it's ready for export. I will change the color of the umbrellas sense that color is for version 1 of 605 park Avenue.
