Several problems: boxes and "hole in ground"

Hello again,

I'm repairing my SC4 installation but it's not going as planned.
After solving constant CTDs I've now arrived at solving boxes and some odd hole in the ground:

-most of the boxes I'm encountering seem to be barrels of laughs, TM nuts, boxes of joy, jungle drums and the likes. There's hundres of those boxes. Does anyone know where to find those props?
EDIT: this has been solved...

A second, more serious problem is with the Newman Inc. Waste Management and the Railway Express Agency: there the tiles where the railroad/road are located on are just totally missing, instead rendering the "space"-background (i.e. the blue field you see when you scroll outside the map). Any ideas as to what is causing that?

The Railway Express Agency needs the following dependencies for it to work properly

As for the Newman Inc. Waste Management I suggest you check the dependency list and see what you are missing, the good thing is most creators use the same dependencies, so once you have downloaded it for one custom content plugin, you don't need to download it again.
