Hello! Its been a while since my last update, but I've gotten some stuff done and now is as good a time as any to show my progress. Thanks everyone for commenting and supporting me, especially during my month in the spotlight. More coastal stuff is coming, so expect to see more of this style in the next few updates.

I love the first pic  However I think the boats might have some trouble getting out of the marina, it's quite tight :P

Great update!  &apls  Thanks for sharing your coastal areas with us. The PEG dock stuff looks great there and I like your use of porkissimo's big paris food market!

Jayster -> those house are from the LEX, and are made by the SFBT (SimForum Bat Team), just search under Andreas in the LEX !  ;)

Hey Andrew, where'd you get the W2W residentials in 12.1? DuSable Harbour looks great, and the effects look nice too ;D

Been a while, but life is really a pain lately. Life itself is awesome! A more apt statement is...work is a pain lately  :bomb:

But, I've got this shot to post an update, so here we go...

Replies

Io_bg: It's tight yes...but I've gotten a boat out of tighter spots before.  ;D

Jayster: Thanks for stopping by bud. As Arthur already so helpfully pointed out, those Euro W2Ws are found on the LEX. The author in power search is Andreas.

eldaldo: Thanks! See my response to Jayster if you want to get those houses.

RickD: Thank you! I was going for a very pleasant American East Coast feel.

Noah: More coastal love coming! Full steam ahead  ::)

Arthur: Thanks for helping everyone find those houses...

Tomas: Thank you my friend!

Guillaume: Rent is, unfortunately, quite high.  $%Grinno$%

Framly: Thank you for stopping by. I'm a big fan of your work! Please come back.

Jordan: Thanks for the comment Jordan! Check my reply to Jayster is your looking for those houses. They are awesome, but I've rarely had the opportunity to put them to good use.

Update 13

So here is another look at Hammond's extensive and diverse coastline. This area was more a rough draft than anything else, and a lot of changes have been made already. Still, I think the pics are update quality and deserve to be seen...so...enjoy!
