Here is picture from a fuggy day last week.
This is of the bridge Langebro: (long bridge):

Its one of the two old ladys (this one from 1954 and the other 1937), connecting the city centre with the island Amager.
There are two other bridges for just pedestrians and bikes. The two old bridge is also carrying car traffic.
You can see a few pictures of the other old lady (Knippelsbro) on the previous page.

This picture is of a new office tower, or rather towers called Axel Towers:

Pretty sure more are to follow this one.

As I said, two new pictures of the Axel Towers:

It need a little more work that the one above.
The light from above was making it a bit harder to get it right.

Copenhagen is far ahead when it comes to architecture! Thanks for the pictures  ;)

vester

Well, we do have some architecture, but I am just showing you the good pieces.
There are a lot of house that is just, what I called missing possibilities.

Rosenborg Castle

Frederiksberg Park

Copenhagen Zoo

Dybbølsbro

Frederiksborg Palace

And I have a little quiz for you, Arne. Do you know where it is in the picture below? :D

Not a lot to go by.

My best guess would be Amager Fælled / Common, west of Ørestad, with the elevated Metro line (Fields)
If not Amager Fælled then Kalvebod Fælled south of it.

Yeah, you're right  ;D

It's actually in Vestamager, a grassland recommended by VisitCopenhagen(Official tourist website). Since it is quite near where we stayed(AC Bella Sky Hotel), we decided to have a look there.

By the way Arne, due to the 3rd party hosting policy adjustment, all your pictures before this page from Photobucket.com have been invalid. It's a pity we cannot see them anymore. Can you fix it anyway?

If I can figure out which picture is which.

BTW: Check your own signature. Think you need to update the picture as well.

Aha, I did try to take a picture of this dock after seeing your previous antumn photo. I'd say it's quite hard to get to this shooting point. Tragically when I got there, all the boats were rented.
After all, it's really a beautiful view.

Went along the canal almost into the bush to take it.

Here is one taken about 10 minutes later and about 50 meters away:

It did need some work in Lightroom to get it as it now.

feyss

I like how the yellow facade of the castle and the boat stand out of the picture

_Michael

Just as pretty as I remember it from June. The hill from the canal to the castle is steeper than it looked!

vester

Thank you both.

feyss: Been doing a bit magic in Lightroom and Photoshop.

It's that way:
