Lot Editor Props

How are the various highway light tower or masts listed in the Lot Editor after downloading them like from the LEX or STEX? Are they under the props menu, I have tried to locate them however no luck so far.

It might be they're actually the lot buildings, in which case they should be under the buildings menu. If not a link to the particular download would come in handy so to have a look at it.
