For the lawyers: I have to declare that I have the author's permission to use and share his textures.  :D

Vortextures TM is a division of Vortext Enterprises.

As the Casa Marchiaro needs more time, I want to show you another house project (5,3m facade)

vortext: Thank you!!

First colour variation, as always:

c.p.

The recent several updates look really nice   This last one seems just a touch on the bright side (the blue and white wall), compared to the orange one next to it, though I would definitely use it as is.

Great performance! I'm getting more excited to see how the first district look complete with a tram, squares with Restarants and a small market

All the best to you

romualdillo

Thank you all!!!

Today is the day of frustration:

I was unsatisfied with the house's stone basement, so I gave it more contrast:

Compare to the orange version to see the difference. (I think it still needs more contrast). I would have left it as it is if I didn't find the issue marked  in red. A little face was lost in all the models, that's why it looks white. As I am a perfectionist and I have seen the fail, I have to change it again. A lost day...  :angrymore: grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

Finally, they're done:

Next, the orange one.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas to all!!  :bnn:

As the corner version of Casa Marchiaro is not finished, I want to share with you the last of my projects in process. It's my biggest project so far, and it's going veeery slowly.

It's the Beti-Jai fronton in Madrid. It's one of the oldest standing sport facilities in the world (if not the oldest). It was built in 1893, and it's now abandoned. The fronton (jai-alai) is a basque sport, which was the most popular sport in Spain before football (soccer) arrived.

Here's an old image of the Beti-Jai:

You can find new images here in Panoramio.

Very nice finished buildings!  &apls

And the sports arena is another interesting BAT. I think, it would be the first one, that is not modern, or at least built after the second WW.
