I have registered and I can not access the downloads
How can I access?
it tells me that the Username and password is wrong
Hi xabillodio, and welcome to SC4 Devotion!
As noted at the top of the registration page here on the forums, the SC4D forums and the LEX (Lot EXchange, the download part of the site) are on separate databases, and thus, require separate accounts. Registering on the forum will not give you access to the downloads. Looking over the LEX database, it does not look as if you have registered over there yet, so you'll need to register there, too, in order to gain access to the downloads.
