NWM no traffic

i install nwm and i get no traffic on the roads, i even get the no car lots in the res zone. I have reinstall the whole nam folder in my plugin folder. Plz help :'(. I got it to work! it was that i here in the US and i have the UK version of the game. so my sim where trying to lhd and i had rhd plugins.  ;D :D
