Nice   I especially like the top of the tower.  It's not easy to get the textures (such as on the helipad) so perfect.

I am progressing slowly with the tower. I decided to go with a small podium at his front of the tower and behind I will keep the street level.

Excellent progress    I particularly enjoy the glass and the roof. Will this need to be placed on a slope then? Will the lot size equal the size of the base or do you plan to use an overhang?

@Noah, no need of slope. No overhang, the BAT matches perfectly multipe 16m rectangle.

Used my few days of vacation to continue, however it finishes tonight
