grafix clash?

Please see attached picture, anybody know why? if i save to region and reload city its gone.

Looks to me like the "water bug". This occurs when either a base texture is missing from a lot, or when a lot uses overlay textures but does not have a base texture. In short, lots can not show transparency without triggering the bug.

To check this, open the game, everything will look normal. Go into the water view, simply by selecting any item from the Water/Utility menu. That will trigger the bug. Then change to Zones view, which will cause the bug to disappear once more.

Most likely, you are missing a texture dependency on the lot, having installed that, the problem will go away permanently.
