This upload is now deprecated, as all of its functions are now available in the NAM as of NAM version 31. Please use the latest NAM to get the current version of the NAM Unified Traffic Simulator, the NAM Data Views, and the Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool. There is now a "Traffic Simulator Only" option in the NAM that allows you to install or update only the traffic simulator and its associated files, just as this upload did. The NAM Traffic Subsystem consists of the NAM Unified Traffic Simulator, the NAM Data Views, and the Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool. These components are all available in the main NAM installation, but are also available in this separate package when the entire NAM installation is not required. Although all of the components of the NAM Traffic Subsystem are available in the main NAM installation, there are several occasions when downloading and installing this package is preferable to running the NAM installer. These occasions are: When you simply want to install the NAM Unified Traffic Simulator and its corresponding data views, and don't want to install the rest of the NAM; When you have some version of the NAM installed, and want to update the traffic simulator and data views without necessarily updating to the latest NAM; When you have installed one of the standard traffic simulators from the NAM and later want to customize it without reinstalling the whole NAM; and When the NAM Traffic Subsystem has been updated more recently than the latest NAM. In this case, downloading the NAM Traffic Subsystem may be the only way to get the latest traffic simulator, data views, and Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool. The three main components of the NAM Traffic Subsystem are described in the Readme file. The version number of the traffic simulator and data views in this package is 2.4; the version number of the Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool is 1.2.7. thetinker	BE ADVISED: Requires Java Runtime Environment, version 6. Users of Win98 (yeah, we're still around) will not be able to run the TSCT under JRE 5. While this is noted in the support thread, you might mention it in the above description, to avoid "bug" complaints.	2010/10/27

OlloftheSock	I installed this mod, and would like to uninstall it. I have deleted the files and that did not affect the simulator, and all my traffic is still green. Please help.	2013/02/08
