Lot Description:
This is a fictional building, though the beer is real. Fish Tale Ale is brewed in Oregon, and they make several variations on a seasonal basis. This is a remake of a building I made several years ago. I recently found the original GMAX file, and decided to give it a bit of a face lift. Added new textures, and several details, including a deck on the backside of the building. The lots are all new, and do not replace the original version. The custom query has also been updated, and only affects this version.
